SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand Only)
We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen courier service.
Most standard deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch.
Rural or remote addresses may take longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
If a replacement or refund is required, we’ll make it right in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Returns and Exchanges
We take great care when packaging and shipping your items.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for change of mind are at our discretion and must be approved prior to sending items back.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and labels.
Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on New Zealand public holidays.
Please allow extra time for delivery during busy seasonal periods.
